In 38 states, there are more then 2500 child lifers who will most like spend the rest of their life behind bars.  Joshua Rofe is dedicating his time and life to tell their story.  A reflection of our society, the juvenile offenders are white, black, girls, boys, economically privileged as well as challenged.
